Lonesomeisonfire
2016 Gelding (Winning Fireworks - Lonesome Pride - Sturdy Sahbra)
Lonesomeisonfire is an Ohio bred trotting gelding.

Trainer: Ryan Miller
Location: Darke County Fairgrounds - Greenville, Ohio

Lonesomeisonfire was purchased at the Buckeye Classic Yearling Sale by Ryan Miller, who then offered part ownership of him to HorsePlay. His sire, Winning Fireworks, earned over $349,000 on the track and took a lifetime mark of 1:54.2 as a 4-year-old. His first foals were born in 2015 and with only 10 starters of racing age (of 15 2-year-olds) they earned $203,783.

Lonesome ended the 2018 racing season with 13 starts, 2 wins, 6 seconds and 4 thirds at various county fairs around Ohio. His fastest individual race time was 2:01 at the Delaware County Fair. He was a lot of fun to watch this summer and took some well deserved time off to prepare for his 2019 3-year-old campaign.

In 2019, Lonesome again had 13 starts for our group before he was sold to someone in New York. He had 1 win, 2 seconds, 2 thirds and earned $12,317. We wish him well with his new connections!
